Friday Nights are for the Babes! Join me and a group of amazing babes for a night of self love, connection and deep rejuvenation for your heart, body and soul at the Ark Spa. This special night is catered to nurture you through: * Self-Love Meditation setting the tone for the night * Connection exercises through dyads and circle sharing * Breathwork to awaken your inner fire prior to our first cold exposure * Songs to support our hot-cold cycles * Post-Sauna integration by the fire * A little gift for you to take home to remind you of how beautiful you are This special gathering will take place at the Ark Spa, a Private wellness venue and community home near Acadia beach and UBC. We are here to build community, wellness , connections. Our vessel offers private boutique spa experience and indoor workshop space. Included in your Sauna experience: * 14 person woodfired Sauna * Cold tubs * Two firepit areas * Hot / cold outdoor shower * Tea and infused water made specially for this night *About your host* Victoria has been facilitating movement spaces and circles for over 5 years. Known in the community as Hot Victoria or the Goddess, she loves to bring elements of self love and fun to her events. Trained in different modalities including partner acrobatics, dance, yoga and Tantra, her facilitation is well rounded approaching matters of the body, heart and soul.
