Private bookings

• Sunday's 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm start times. (Cates Park). (Might change to mornings in May)

• If you see 9 am or 11 am Sunday sessions the Calendar only those are Spanish Banks

• Max 9 people capacity. Benches, propane firepit and raincover included. 

• 1hr 50 min session $290 with tax. 

• Sessions outside normal schedule +$80 (if we are able to do it).

• We hold the right to cancel, reschedule and refund sessions as conditions may change rapidly in public locations.

Community Sessions :

• 1hr 50 min Sauna session.  We run these Sunday evenings. Usually 7:30pm start. 

• Join Telegram group for weekly updates and Link to tickets.

• Community session $30per person

• Sauna fits 8 ppl (9 tight)

• Included: Sauna, wooden benches outside, lights, canopy

• Our staff will be there run you through the process and share stories.

• Cates park has washroom access and rain a covered picnic area. 

• This spot has good ocean access on all tides and Sandy beach.

• Free 3 hr parking and fresh water fill up station.

• Great running terrain if want work out before Sauna.

What to bring:

• Towel, bathing suit & optional sandals

• Water bottle

• Drinks & snacks as needed

• Parking is near and you can leave extra items to your car
