Community Sauna Sessions: • Full Refund: Cancel 24+ hours before your session. • Rescheduling: Allowed up to 6 hours before. • Late cancellations/no-shows: Non-refundable. Private Sauna Sessions: • Full Refund: Cancel 72+ hours in advance. • Reschedule Only: 24–72 hours prior (no refund). • Late cancellations/no-shows: Non-refundable.

If a session is full, it won’t appear on the website. Instead, download the Wix Fit app and use this invitation link (https://www.mobileapp.app/to/90RQbt8?ref=m_cl)to join The Finnish Sauna. You’ll then see all sessions (including full ones) and can “Join Waitlist” from the booking screen. You’ll be notified automatically if a spot opens up.
