Log into your account on our website or use the Wix Fit app. Head to “My Bookings” > “Manage Bookings” to make changes.
Community Sauna Sessions:
Full Refund: Cancel 24+ hours before your session.
Rescheduling: Allowed up to 6 hours before.
Late cancellations/no-shows: Non-refundable.
Private Sauna Sessions:
Full Refund: Cancel 72+ hours in advance.
Reschedule Only: 24–72 hours prior (no refund).
Late cancellations/no-shows: Non-refundable.
If a session is full, it won’t appear on the website. Instead, download the Wix Fit app and use this invitation link to join The Finnish Sauna. You’ll then see all sessions (including full ones) and can “Join Waitlist” from the booking screen. You’ll be notified automatically if a spot opens up.
