Log in to https://minside.periode.no/Select your booking.Scroll down and click Move Booking or Cancel BookingSelect a new slot and click OK.Note: If Move Booking doesn't appear for your booking, you've missed the rescheduling window because it's too close to your session start time. Email bookings@thefinnishsauna.ca for help.

Community Sauna Sessions:Full Refund: Cancel 24+ hours before your session.Rescheduling: Allowed up to 6 hours before.Late cancellations/no-shows: Non-refundable.Private Sauna Sessions:Full Refund: Cancel 72+ hours in advance.Reschedule Only: 24–72 hours prior (no refund).Late cancellations/no-shows: Non-refundable.Mobile/Tent Saunas:Full Refund: Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the rental start date. Cancellations within 10 days of the start date are non-refundable.Rescheduling: Permitted up to 6 days before the start date, subject to availability.Weather: Rentals operate rain or shine. Weather is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund.Regulations: Clients are responsible for confirming local fire regulations. Failure to do so does not qualify for refund.
