Mobile Sauna Guide
Before Sauna
✔ Prepare the Space:

Empty ashes from the bottom of the stove.

Sweep around the stove and entrance before the sauna gets wet.

Ensure clean feet—use the foot rinse bucket at the entrance.

Plug in the lights if possible.

If the sauna has a hot water tank, fill it at least ¼ full.
✔ Set the Atmosphere

Start the fire with a mix of small and larger wood pieces.

Keep the fire burning consistently.
-
Ensure there’s always enough warmth before you step in. Minimum 60 celcius
During Sauna
✔ Heat & Löyly

Maintain temperatures between 70–95°C (or 60–90°C for a gentler experience).

Pour water on the rocks to create löyly—the heart of Finnish sauna culture.

Feel free to add a few drops of essential oils to the water for a sensory experience.
✔ Cool Down & Relax

Take breaks after a cold plunge or shower—let your body naturally cool down.

While in the sauna, you can pour cold water on yourself for quick cooling.

Share good stories
After Sauna
✔ Clean & Reset

Sweep around the stove and entrance.
-
gently Rinse the benches and remove the floormat.
-
Use the mop to push excess water toward the drain.

Mop floor with little soap

Add 1–2 pieces of firewood to help dry the sauna.

Crack the door open slightly for ventilation.

Make sure Sauna has time to dry
